A chief financial officer watches the money, plans ahead and prepares decisions so the owner can decide well. Ask Tong brings that role to every customer of the bank, inside the Tong Shang app, grounded in your own accounts and activity.

02 · How it keeps you in control
Ask Tong can prepare a payment, a transfer or a credit request. You confirm it, or someone you have authorised does. Larger and cross-border payments are also checked by the bank's people before release.
Fees, rates and repayment terms in plain language, laid out before you accept anything.
Ask Tong answers from your statements and activity and shows where each number comes from. It is built to work inside the bank's own systems, so your records stay with the bank.
English, French or Simplified Chinese, and it can prepare a summary in one language for you to forward in another.
03 · The rest of the app
Transfers, bills, CashPower, airtime and QR payments at the shop, from your own account.
Apply in the app. The repayment schedule and reminders are shown before you accept, and the bank reviews every application.
Ask a question and reach the bank's people in the app, with your case followed until it is closed.

Status
The Tong Shang app is being built with the bank now. There is no release date to announce yet. Accounts, transfers, foreign exchange and lockers are available at the head office today.
